Comment Box | Open Ended Text

How to add an Open Ended Comment Box type question?

  1. Under the Edit Survey tab, click on the Add New Question link.
  2. In the popup select the Standard Question Types option
  3. Select the Comment Box option under Open-Ended Text
  4. Click on the Next button.
  5. On the next screen enter in the Question Text and click on the Save Question button.
